BurJuman Shopping mall is one of the first shopping malls in Dubai, in the residential area of Bur Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The shopping center is developed and owned by Al Ghurair Group. The Shopping Center is located in the heart of Bur Dubai which makes the parking area exposed to all different types of users; Short Term Shoppers, Residence, Office Users, Shops owners, etc.
Burjuman Management & operation team knew that this different type of mixed used parking is a real challenge which require an advance system to address the requirement of each type of those members under single umbrella After comprehensive tendering procedure and deep technical evaluation, the management of Burjuman awarded the contract to KTC International to equip the parking with the German brand Designa, ( www.designa.com ) high end products KTC had successfully equipped and put in operation the new parking equipment on all Short Terms Shoppers Entry & Exit Lanes, Staff & Tenants Entrances & Exits Lanes, Pay Stations, etc with minimum disturbance to the shoppers and users. Burjuman visitors can now enjoy a smooth parking experience by using the newly installed KTC / Designa parking equipment.
