KTC International establishes internet based PARKING reservation at DIFC

To continuously ensure parking revenue generation those DIFC car parks have been equipped with a state of the art Car Park Management System (CPMS) in 2017 by KTC. As one of the new features the DIFC CPMS offers a parking reservation and parking payment option over :
* The DIFC internet portal (DIFC PORTAL) or
* A newly created and freely downloadable smart phone application

Easy to use both platforms allow registered user the settlement of their monthly parking fee(s) conveniently. Further it enables any visitor/app user the parking space reservation or ‘pre-booking’ in dedicated DIFC car parks. The user enters his expected car park arrival and departure time and receives after payment settlement electronically a QR-code, which can be stored on the smart phone or printed. This car park QR code is the entrance and leaving identification at the car park entrance/exit terminals. KTC contributed to this ‘smart city’ convenience feature by rolling out the parking prebooking software and linking it successfully with the DIFC web environment and the parking management equipment (manufacturer ‘DESIGNA’).

	RTA Multi-Storey Car Parking

KTC International equipped the RTA Multi-Story car parking in front of the main Head quarter of Road and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai with Parking Guidance System, to ease the rotation and finding the nearest available parking slot in the building. KTC international also installed several Gate Barriers to control the main entrances and exits for this building.

SPEED RADAR
Al Khail Road & EMIRATES ROAD (PHASE II)

KTC International proudly express its happiness to be a part of Dubai city Road Safety with cooperation of Dubai Police. KTC International successfully installed the new 2 directional radar tower at Al Khail road and also upgraded the tower Speed Enforcement Radars (Alutower) in Emirates Road with the second phase of enforcement system. Now each Radar AluTower is able to detect and record traffic violations including: over speeding, tailgating, wrong lane, hard shoulder and etc... in both driving directions in most of the widest and busiest roads in UAE.
